Approch & Methodology
- WALK THROUGH SURVEY is required to understand the energy saving potential and to submit the quotation to carry out Detail/ Comprehensive Energy Audit.
- Agreementation to proceed.
- Pre-audit visits for diagnostic study to identify major areas, study the process, evaluate available past records, assess time frame for detail study etc.
- Detail & Comprehensive Audit study by team of experts followed by submission of report within 20-30 days from the date of completion of field work.
- Energy Services Agreement (ESA).
- Implementation of Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs).
Deliverable
Detailed Energy Audit Report (DEAR) shall contain the following information:-
- Methodology adopted for the study.
- Present energy scenario of the building.
- Detail analysis of the data obtained through field visits, trial measurements by portable gadgets, discussion with concerned personnel etc.
- Recommendations for energy saving options in all possible areas with cost-benefit analysis.
- Technical Specification for any retrofit options.
- List of suppliers/manufacturers of energy efficient technologies.
