The promoter of the Company Mr. Surender Singla a Graduate Electrical Engineer and BEE Certified Energy Auditor , Charted Engineer and Approved Valuerhaving more than 35 years of experiences in the field of manufacturing, contractual & consultancy in the various sector of MEPF Design –Build Engineering Services, power system, energy saving and conservation, Water and waste water Treatment solution &saving , Renewable Power Generation.
After graduation he has joined National Thermal Power Corporation and served for more than 5 years as executive. In the year 1981 established Five-M Group as Engineer Entrepreneur for the manufacturing of power condition equipment and its accessories namely Transformer/Lamination/ Electromagnetic Relay / UPS/ Invertors in Okhla Industrial Area New Delhi 110025 and latoron added the division of MEPF Design- Build Engineering ,Energy Auditing and consrvation .Water and wastewater Treatment Solutions
In the year 2012 Mr. Surender Singla Established another platform under the brand name of VENZA for Design, Supply Installation and commission of Water and Waste Water treatment Solution for any capacity and Technology.
In the year 2017, Mr. Singla Established one more platform under the name Humkadam Skill Development Foundatationwhich is a NON-PROFIT organisation registered under section-8 of companies Act and undertake projects of skill development for Women and youths.

Mr. Praveen Kumar Sood Director of Company is having more then 40 years of experience in battery storage & Solar Technologies and Lighting Expert. Because of his vast practical experience and knowledge Actively associated in various organization and association he shared his experience through Physical Workshop/Training Session.
He is a Prominade speaker and master trainer for various program of Renewable energy, Energy Efficiency, Electrical vehicle and Battery innovation and technology.
Some of the workshop and Training Session conducted by him are at Tery, PHD Chamber of Commerce & industries Ludhiana, ILZDA, MSME Development of Okhla new delhi, UBM India (event), Indian Society of lighting engineering, ELCOMA, ESSCI and SOLAR/ Media (U.K).
He is also being associated with some of prestigious organization like Solar Energy Society of India, ILZDA, ELCINA, Indian Battery Association, ISLE.

Director of the Company Mrs Pamila Singla MSC from Delhi University have experience of more than Thirty Year in office management, Marketing Promotion & Monitoring of Project.

R.K.KOHLI, Graduate Electrical Engineer having more than Thirty Five years of experience in the field of MEPF Design-Build Engineering services including Energy Auditing and conservation.

Mr.Sukhvir Singh Dhillon industrial and Mechanical Engineer, having Post Diploma in Marketing & Sales and MBA in Project Management. Trained in refrigeration & Air Conditioning System Design.

A highly Technical experienced Technocrat in solar field for last more than 36 years. His academic qualification is Master of Science (MSC-Physics) and master is Business Administrating (MBA). He has working in Central Electronics Ltd. (CEL),AGovt.of India Undertaking under Ministry of science and Technology. He has been one of the core team member for R & D In the field of solar Manufacturing with latest technology .He was associated with the R & D Team to design various solar based systems including Stand alone and Grid .Solar plants .He was closely associated with various Teams to execute new schemes and programs of govt. of India in the field of renewable energy.He has worked at various posting in CEL contributing to works successfully implementation and establishing commercially viable and sustainable solar projects Hands-On experiences with Martial, Machine and their specifications in today’s proven technology environment.
